We take your privacy seriously! We will do our best to acquire your personal information only to the extent we reasonably believe we need it so that you can take full advantage of teletour.
Your use of teletour is governed by the teletour Terms found at teletour.com. Those Terms are included as part of this Policy.
When we talk about teletour in this Policy we are referring to our application and website and the products, services and features we make available to you as part of the application and website.

Our Privacy Policy:
When we use the term Personal Information we mean personally identifiable information or personal data collected from you such as your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card number or any other type of information that could identify you.
This Policy explains who we are, what Personal Information we collect, how we collect, share and use Personal Information, with whom we may share your Personal Information, the security measures we take concerning your Personal Information, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
Please also know that we are constantly looking to improve teletour and that means we will probably be regularly updating this Policy. Any changes will only apply going forward and we will work to tell you about changes quickly when they are made. Collection and Use of Personal Information:
teletour will provide access to our Global Citizens through their Apple ID or Google ID. Apple and Google provide us your email address and, when creating your account, we ask you for your name.
Any payments will go through third party sites so we do not intend to have your credit card information.
We do not sell or otherwise make your Personal Information available to any third parties for their own use. Your profile that is visible to other Global Citizens will contain your name but your email address will not be shared.
If you provide us feedback or contact us through Chris@teletour.tv, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply.
The Personal Information that we may collect about you includes your name, your email address, information that you provide to us voluntarily, information that we may collect automatically from your device, and information we obtain from third-parties.
We ask you to provide certain information voluntarily, such as your name. If we ask you to provide any other Personal Information then the Personal Information we ask you to provide, and the reasons why we ask you to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we collect your Personal Information.
We may also collect certain information automatically from your device. In some countries, including countries in the European Economic Area, this information may be considered Personal Information under applicable data protection laws.
Specifically, the information we collect automatically may include information like your IP address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, geographic location, and other technical information. You should also be aware that information and data might be automatically collected from you through the standard operation of teletour and through the use of “cookies.” Cookies are small text files that a site can store on your device. teletour uses cookies to recognize returning Global Citizens, to facilitate a Global Citizen’s ongoing access to and use of teletour, to track teletour usage behavior, and to compile aggregate data that will allow teletour improvements and, perhaps, targeted advertising. Cookies generally neither damage your files nor allow us to personally identify you. If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allow you to deny or accept the cookie feature. We do not share your Personal Information with any third parties except for our business purposes and to better serve our Global Citizens on teletour.

Children’s Privacy:
teletour is not marketed to or directed at, nor intended for, children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years old. If we learn that we collected any information from someone younger than 13 years old, or from someone younger than 18 years old that does not have the permission of their parent or guardian, we will delete the information.
Miscellaneous:
Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your Personal Information will remain protected in accordance with this Policy.
